While viewing the progress on their new headquarters, the Legion must fight off another assassination attempt on R. J. Brande. Meanwhile, Brainiac 5 and Phantom Girl start to work together on Anotrom and Gim Allon announces a change in his career plans to his father. Back on Earth, yet another attack on Brande convinces him that his Legion needs more help, and the United Planets Security Directorate comes to the same conclusion.
